. I am helping my dad sell his huge, 45+ year personal collection of original (including some NOS), C1, C2, and C3 Corvette parts. He has a 19 year Ebay history of 100% positive feedback for buying and selling and we intend to maintain that rating. We are trying our best to accurately describe the item. Product Description:
One year only, Rare New Old Stock (an even more rare condition), OEM, 1963 Corvette Split window Coupe, outside, windshield, stainless steel, upper molding (reveal), Part Number 3823438 (see photo of our 1972 GM Corvette Counter Book). This, along with the other three 1963 windshield moldings, was purchased from GM, probably in the 1970s by a good friend who passed away.  It obviously never got installed and, short of a few minuscule hairline rubs as the result of being partially outside of the original GM wrapping, it is in excellent condition.  Factory straight and of course no dents.  Most guys would install these as is.

but for sure a minimum of polishing would have this looking like a mirror.  We are not going to do that because it is NOS and we assume that is the best way to advertise it.  Possibly the only one of these moldings in existence that is NOS.  Good luck finding better.  Will obviously meet any and all NCRS judging standards.  Hard to put a price on such a rare item in this condition.  Others ask over ,000  for "ready to restore" condition which is scary.  Don't see any originals offered in any condition right now.  So it is a matter of how special your Split Window is.
